CKEditor Image Embed plugin supports IE 10+ but do you have any support for IE 9?

Hello,
The plugin itself supports IE 9, but IE might not support Data URI Schema technology used to embed images.
In any case you can check it yourself with IE9 here: doksoft.com/soft/ckeditor-image-embed/demo.html
but according to its specifications I think something can work wron.

When i attempt to add an image an error appears saying
'The File APIs are not fully supported in this browser'
Are you aware of any possible fixes to address this?

Unfortunately we are not able to change something in old browsers. They just do not have such feature. That's why on our page we declare support for IE10+ only for Image Embed plugin.
