Please download the new file from "My files" section.
If you want to customize language you need to set language in CKEditor's 'config.js', for example:
The plugin is translated only to these languages: English (en), Russian (ru), Spanish (es). If you need to have another language you need additionally to translate copied language files from 'lang' folder. Please see CKEditor's documentation to know more about it.
