We were unable to get DOKSoft's CKEditor Bootstrap Utilities to work with CKEditor 4.3 on a Drupal 7 site. It appears they are incompatible. We were able to get DOKSoft's CKEditor Bootstrap Utilities to work with WYSIWIG but there is a fatal issue. Editing the content results in all of the text to vapor.

Please advise.

I have sent you the latest version of CKEditor Bootstrap Utils.
It was tested with Drupal 6 and 7 (with CKEditor module) and the latest CKEditor 4. Does this version work for you?

Also try to put plugins not only to:

sites/all/modules/ckeditor/plugins/

but also to:

sites/all/modules/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/
